Furla WF Central Shopping Mall
Beijing, China
In 2016, Furla had the opportunity to rent a highly visible location with a 400 sqm façade. The store is located on Wangfujing Street, in Beijing’s Dongcheng District, a very popular commercial area close to the Forbidden City and busy with both domestic and international tourists.
The façade design has been conceived as a three-dimensional version of the Furla corporate pattern, a black and white chessboard, used to play with the large scale of the building. The overall effect is a glamorous image that recalls the brand’s signature pattern, as well as the richness and refinement of Furla’s products.
Furla is an Italian luxury brand that defined the leather goods category since 1927. The brand is dedicated to creating luxury-standard accessories which are for a broad audience of consumers, both women and men. Furla stands for quality, creativity, and an optimistic yet confident personality. The company has expanded beyond its core business of high-quality leather bags adding shoes, small leather goods, eyewear, watches, scarves, fragrances, and jewels to allow everyone to experience its Italian style.
