Stroili Milano Headquarters
Milan, Italy
Designed as a workplace that combines the functionality of the office with the comfort of home, Stroili’s new headquarters foster a constant visual relationship with the surrounding greenery. Located within the 1980s Milanofiori business district, the project enhances the existing building through glazed partitions that maximize visual permeability, ensuring every workstation maintains a connection with the outdoor landscape.
The new offices respond to both the company’s growth and the evolving needs of contemporary work, offering open-plan workstations alongside generous communal, informal, and break areas that encourage flexibility and collaboration. Operational clusters are distinguished by different colour palettes, while indoor planting creates natural buffers between work areas and circulation routes.
Acoustic comfort and a warm, domestic atmosphere are achieved through sound-absorbing materials and textile finishes. The result is a hybrid workplace that balances efficiency, wellbeing, and creativity, supporting both individual needs and collective interaction.
Set up as a family business in 1996, Stroili has grown into a chain with hundreds of Italian-made jewellery shops in Italy and abroad. The company has more than 400 single-brand shops in Italy, over 1000 dealers in the indirect channel and an international presence in 27 countries. In 2014 Stroili made and sold 6 million pieces of jewellery; it proposes more than 10 collections per season and new items in the windows of its affiliated shops, based on fashion trends, representing a real point of reference in the mass market for jewellery. The company has a headquarter in Milan and one in Udine. The group headquarter is settled in Paris.
