The Wellio Unione project transforms the former “Palazzo del Commercio” into a service hub, offering an office with the level of service of a hotel.

The co-working space was conceived as a place connected both to the city and to the network of other Wellio spaces.

The design reinterprets the iconic commercial spaces of the twentieth century, creating a distinctive identity to match a distinctive set of services.
