Wellio Proworking Offices

Milan, Italy

The first Wellio pro-working office in Italy is located in Milan, in Via Dante, a five-minute walk from the Duomo. The building is a historic palazzo, entirely renovated, with the addition of a top floor featuring a generous terrace. The concept for the interior, the result of an invited competition, is a tribute to the masters of Milanese design of the second half of the twentieth century. Every floor recalls the colors and style of a different designer, creating different environments suitable for different types of tenants. The common spaces are designed according to the same principle. The result is the opportunity of an office with an identity with the benefits of a short term location including all the services, and a place where people can spend not only working time but also enjoy the opportunity to spend free time with friends and colleagues.

Covivio is a European investment and development company with business activities encompassing office real estate (46%), hotels (26%) and residential accommodation (26%). The group has a European development pipeline of 6 billion Euros (1.6 billion Euro of committed pipeline at end 2018) to support its growth plans.
